This blog will strictly be focusing on my journey on the 20/20 lifestyles program, dieting and working out. From what I heard it’s a very difficult program and it must be followed to the “t” for best results.
I chose the name “Lose 50″ for the blog because well that’s my goal, to lose 50 lbs. 2010 is going to be a very busy year and I will lose 50 lbs by the first quarter.
